    HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

     

    A copy of the Limited Warranty was included in the shipping package for the original Strand product. To obtain warranty service, please contact customer service and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for warranty service. You will need to provide the model and serial number of the item being returned, a description of the problem or failure and the name of the registered user or organization. If available, you should have your sales invoice to establish the date of sale as the beginning of the warranty period.
